Governance Advisory and Board Trainings

Governance Advisory and Board Trainings

Our greatest strength lies in our ability to deliver pragmatic solutions for our clients through smart commercial thinking. The impact of good corporate governance cannot be overstated, and the role of a company secretary is a key anchor in ensuring that board procedures are both followed and regularly reviewed. We add value by providing guidance on all aspects of Corporate Governance, and advising the board and management on the role they should play towards good governance, which is directly proportional to long-term sustainability and growth. The services we provide under this scope include:

  • Advising on good governance practices whilst identifying areas of non-compliance
  • Creating a compliance schedule in line with best practices to proactively manage governance aspects
  • Conducting governance audits and preparing compliance reports for clients
  • Facilitating the recruitment, on boarding and induction of directors, and helping to ensure a good mix between skill and diversity
  • Assisting in developing a board annual work plan, as well as identifying and scheduling relevant trainings for directors and management
