Immanuel Nzaku

Immanuel is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and is currently in the process of registration as a Certified Secretary. He has extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance and company secretarial practice.

He advises boards, management teams and shareholders on governance frameworks, statutory obligations and best practices, with a strong focus on supporting organisations through complex corporate transactions and regulatory environments.

Immanuel provides end-to-end company secretarial support across the corporate lifecycle, including board and committee administration, maintenance of statutory registers, preparation of resolutions and minutes, and ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. He also plays a key role in coordinating regulatory filings and approvals, and advising on governance and compliance considerations arising from mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures.

His experience spans advising multinational corporates, listed companies, financial institutions and high-growth enterprises across East Africa. He has supported boards on significant transactions, corporate reorganisations and strategic investments, while also assisting clients in developing practical compliance frameworks and engaging effectively with regulators.

Immanuel holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Strathmore University and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is currently in the process of registration as a Certified Secretary.
